Orders have a processing time of up to 8-10 business days.

U.S. shipping times are approximately 2-5 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

International shipping times are approximately 10-30 business days.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Expedited Processing/Shipping

At this time processing and/or shipping times cannot be expedited. Orders require the stated time frames above for processing and shipping. Please allow for adequate time when purchasing around upcoming events, holidays and vacations.

Resort Shipping

At this time we do not support or recommend shipping to resorts or vacation destinations of any kind. A residential address is always best to ensure successful delivery. Shipping labels to resorts, hotels, etc. often require a lengthy amount of information in the “Name” field, and unfortunately shipping labels cannot exceed 30 characters.

Purchases completed on or before the included dates are expected to arrive at their destinations by Christmas Day:

U.S. | December 8th

Canada | November 24th

Rest of World | November 17th

Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production and are no longer eligible for cancellation.

All products are made after an order is placed. This reduces waste by only printing what's needed, instead of mass-producing in advance. Due to the nature of the production process, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, and/or refunds are not accepted.

Kindly review all item descriptions, size charts and policies before purchasing.

Sizing

Size charts are featured as the last photo of each product listing. Garment measurement tolerance is the acceptable range of deviation from a garment's specified measurements. Tolerances are necessary because it's nearly impossible to achieve precise measurements for every garment. Please note: all apparel features a +/- 1-1.5" tolerance.

Apparel Care

To extend the life of your apparel and the inks, please follow these recommendations when washing and drying all garments:

- Machine wash cold, inside-out on gentle cycle with like colors.

- Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.

- Hang-dry or tumble dry at lowest heat.

- Cool iron inside-out if necessary.

- Do not iron directly on print.

- Do not dry clean.

The Comfort Colors brand dye process gives their apparel a lived-in, vintage look, with colors that soften and age with washing.

Design Scaling | Printed designs will be scaled up on larger sized garments, and scaled down on smaller sized garments This is to ensure a consistent visual outcome. The design is scaled up and down using the same aspect ratio across all sizes.
