When will my order ship?

Orders have a processing time of up to 8 business days. Kindly allow us this time to prepare and ship your order.

A shipping notification with tracking will be emailed as soon as your order has been handed off to the postal service.

My tracking number hasn’t updated, is my package lost?

Once a shipping notification has been received, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Sometimes the tracking system may experience delays in updating.

If no movement has been tracked in 5 business days, your package may be lost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
