Production & Shipping Times
When will my order ship?
Orders have a production time of 3 to 8 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times for U.S. orders are approximately 2 to 5 business days, unless product description states otherwise.
Shipping times for International orders are approximately 10 to 30 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.
Can my order be expedited?
At this time production and/or shipping times cannot be expedited. Please allow for adequate time when purchasing around upcoming events and vacations.
Can I ship to my resort/vacation destination?
At this time we do not support or recommend shipping to resorts or vacation destinations of any kind. A residential address is always best to ensure successful delivery. Shipping labels to resorts, hotels, etc. often require a lengthy amount of information in the “Name” field, and unfortunately shipping labels cannot exceed 30 characters.
How do I track my order?
Customers will receive a shipping notification via e-mail once their order has shipped.
My tracking number hasn’t updated, is my package lost?
Once a shipping notification has been received, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
Sometimes the tracking system may experience delays in updating.
If no movement has been tracked in 5 business days, your package may be lost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production and are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
All products are made after an order is placed. This reduces waste by only producing what's needed, instead of mass-producing in advance. Due to the nature of the production process, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and/or refunds are not accepted.
In the unfortunate event there are errors present in your order, replacement or refund accommodations can be made.
Please contact the shop at fittingpiecesandco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and include any necessary photos to better help us assist you.
Please kindly review all item descriptions, size charts and policies before purchasing. Double check the correct size and color is selected when placing an order.

Apparel Care
Washing Instructions
To extend the life of your apparel, please follow these recommendations when washing and drying all garments:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out on gentle cycle with like colors.
- Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
- Hang-drying is preferred, or tumble dry at lowest heat.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
- Do not iron directly over printed designs.
- Do not dry clean.
