Processing & Shipping Times
When will my order ship?
Orders have a processing time of up to 8 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. shipping times are approximately 2-5 business days.
International shipping times are approximately 10-30 business days.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed delivery times.
Can my order be expedited?
At this time processing and/or shipping times cannot be expedited. Orders require the stated time frames above for processing and shipping. Please allow for adequate time when purchasing around upcoming events and vacations.
Can I ship to my resort/vacation destination?
At this time we do not support or recommend shipping to resorts or vacation destinations of any kind. A residential address is always best to ensure successful delivery. Shipping labels to resorts, hotels, etc. often require a lengthy amount of information in the “Name” field, and unfortunately shipping labels cannot exceed 30 characters.
How do I track my order?
Customers will receive a shipping notification via e-mail once their order has shipped.
My tracking number hasn’t updated, is my package lost?
Once a shipping notification has been received, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
Sometimes the tracking system may experience delays in updating.
If no movement has been tracked in 5 business days, your package may be lost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production and are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Due to the custom nature of products, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and/or refunds are not accepted.
Please kindly review all item descriptions, size charts and policies before purchasing. Double check the correct size and color is selected when placing an order.

If there is an error with your order, please contact the shop within 60 days of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
General
Apparel Care
Fitting Pieces & Co. uses DTG (direct to garment) printing. This type of printing method involves printing directly onto the garment, and the ink soaks into the fibers of the fabric. Any excess ink that did not soak into the fabric may wash out over time.
To extend the life of your apparel and the inks, please follow these recommendations when washing and drying all garments:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out on gentle cycle with like colors.
- Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
- Hang-dry or tumble dry at lowest heat.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
- Do not iron directly on print.
- Do not dry clean.
Size Charts
Size charts for all apparel can be located in the photo section of each garment listing.
Bella+Canvas vs. Comfort Colors
The Bella+Canvas brand features a retail fit, with a more modern, slightly tailored shape. The airlume combed cotton fabric is super soft, very light, and breathable. Side seams are present.
The Comfort Colors brand features a more relaxed, baggier fit, typically ideal for an oversized look. The fabric is thicker and more structured. The dye process gives the apparel a lived-in, vintage look, with colors and fabrics that soften and age with every wash. No side seams are present.
